Key Play: UAPB QB Shannon Patrick 17-yard touchdown pass to a wide open Jeremy Brown in the middle of the field on the games final play. The score came at the end of a 7-play, 75-yard drive with 00:50 left following a Tennessee State score that tied the game at 31. Patrick connected with WR Henry Ballard III on 3 straight passes to move the ball from the UAPB 25 to the TSU 17.

Key Play: After scoring a TD in the second overtime to bring the score to 48-47, Chowan decided to go for the win on a 2-point conversion rather than force a 3rd overtime. QB Bryce Witt dropped back to his right and threw left to TE Dominic Floyd who was open, but the pass was a tad bit in front of Floyd who wasn’t able to securely hold on to the pass after the ball hit his fingertips.
